We, Dingye Circuit think that quality is the life of one company. So we keep improving internal quality management  systerm.

1. On 11^th March, 2008, we got ISO 9001 : 2000 certificate. When October 2009, it has been updated to be 2008 latest version

2. Since August 2008, Dingye Circuit started to prepare for Automotive Electronics quality management system. Only one year later, we get certified with ISO/TS16949: 2009 on 28^th Oct 2009. Now, it has been updated to be IATF16949: 2016 version.

Incoming Quality Control

All our raw material supplier are UL and ISO certified, Rohs compliant. For each batch of supplied material, we will do test and make inspection on them according to International Standard and customer’s requirements. All of our supplier are required to do continuous improvement. Dingye Circuit prefer long-term and stable partnership with good suppliers.

In-Process Quality Control    

Lean production brings in high quality PCBs. For each process, we have standard detailed Operating instructions, our skilled workers are strictly required to follow them when production. Also, AOI and X-ray will be used to check whether the circuit is correctly made comparing to gerber.  

Final Quality Control

Once PCBs have been finished, FQC Dept will do all kinds of checkup on them, to find out possible defects such as wrong hole size, smaller board size, bad solder mask, etc. Dingye Circuit also  assure customer that each PCB will be 100% E-tested.
